JobChecked provides verification and risk insights for job listings and related entities. We strive for accuracy and clarity, but we do not guarantee job outcomes, verify legal compliance, or endorse any employer or recruiter.

Submissions

You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit for verification. For standard submissions, please do not include sensitive personal information such as identification numbers, banking details, or other confidential personal data.

Use of Results

Our results represent our best judgment based on the information available at the time. Use them as one input to your decision-making. You are responsible for your own decisions about applications, interviews, and offers.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service (e.g., submit illegal content, attempt to bypass security, harass staff, or overload systems). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobChecked and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be Ontario courts unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
