Submissions may include information about third parties (such as recruiters or companies). This information is used solely to assess the legitimacy of the job opportunity and is not used to build profiles on individuals.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. JobChecked does not collect or store your financial information.

Storage & Retention

Data for requested reviews is stored in Canada or trusted regions with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain information only as long as necessary for verification, compliance, and prevention of abuse. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights

If you would like a submission reviewed, updated, or removed, you can contact us via the Contact page and include the relevant case details. We will make reasonable efforts to action your request in accordance with applicable laws.

Third Parties
